One way/Round Trip exceeding 3500 for ICF & 4000 for LHB need RBPC at SM depot (with or without Pit-Line, usually 2 hours TAT) along with cleanliness!!
Trip under 3500/4000 don't need SM RBPC!! Usually this isn't a thumb rule as if train got TAT at SM Depot (irrespective of KMs) it's Brake/Wheel will be inspected at Pit-Line (Sadbhawna Exp check happens at SLN which is much short of 4000 kms trip (1400 kms approx to be precise)!!
