Why Trains are running slow and late in. Kazipet -WL -Khamam today Night ? Godavari ,TN ,Charminar all are late

Looks like TN02622 is having tech problem in coaches 30 km in 1hr post warangal .Charminar ovetakes it nekonda
Thanks .if loco is problem ,it will be replaced perhaps at Dk_Z ,Khamam or BZA???
If coach ,then it has to be removed /detached from train.
