If Sapt Kranti will be extended till Darbhanga we won't even cut down their quotas Sapt Kranti too just fills from Gorakhpur which has again manyy trains for Delhi why can't we extend Sapt Kranti to Darbhanga and cut down the quota of Gorakhpur and allocate to Muzzaffarpur nd Darbhanga
