wake up on a stationary Indian train at 4am and this is what you see out the window
we spent most of our trip on trains
Thadi Railway Station lies on the Tuni-Visakhapatnam section of the South Central Railways. Visakhapatnam-Rajahmundry Passenger, Vijayawada-Rayagada Passenger and Visakhapatnam-Kakinada Port Passenger are the main train connections.

Thadi is a perfect Rail Fanning spot in this area. its accessible by road too. the nearest bus stand is near Kurmannapalem, on the high way itself.
There are 4 tracks including a loop with less mps in BZA - VSKP side and the down track i.e VSKP - BZA side at 110kph.
Earlier trains used to stop here too for signal clearance from Duvvada's side. now only trains slow down from this part as there is a creaky bridge near Duvvada which has a caution factor of 30 kph. ...
