Let's make a list of trains which route got changed permanently:-
1) North east ,02424/23 DBRT rajdhani,02519 kamakhya-Ltt express,04032 poorvottar sampark kranti all got diverted via ppta-hjp-bju (the original route was via patna-mka)
2) Licchavi express got diverted via SMI-MFP (the original route was via dbg-spj)
3)shaheed I think once ran via bsb now runs via shahgunj..
