One last try if Tapti Ganga is wrong. Is it 09148 Bhagalpur - Surat SF Special?
No 09046 is right..... as after change in tt it arrive surat mostly BT at nearly 4'o clock at that time pf 4 is occupied by surat-bandra intercity that's why now a days it arrive at pf 3 or 2 when it is BT.
