Problem with ET BPL is that hardly the Train touches 130 n has to break due to immediate succession of PSR. All trains hardly touch 130 in this stretch.
Just confirmed, this Rajdhani is restricted to 110 in BPL ET stretch due to crew constraints, CR crew handles this train in this stretch who r not trained for speeds above 110.
Also BPL Div is now trying to upgrade speed to 130kmph in ET-KNW section too, but it will have no benefit unless CR crews are trained for 130kmph speed or upgradation occurs till BSL, which is a CRs part to play and we haven't heard anything about speed upgradation in BSL-KNW section. Trains will continue to run at 110 as mostly CR's crew handles trains in BSL-ET/BPL Section. Only LHB trains which are ran by BPL div crew till BSL will get benefitted that means mostly trains coming from JBP side.
