based on what happened here, can we say that for this train in IIIAC, there is no RAC. wl 11, gnwl is confirmed while 12 is not confirmed.

yes, i have seen pnr with three passengers on single lower berth allotted as rac...just like garib raths...
RAC is allocated based on demand and supply against a particular region. It has nothing to do with being end-end or not.

previously when there was meterguage at my place, I have seen RAC in mg as well.
