Bangalore Namma Metro - ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಜಾಗ ಕೊಡಿ

I was travelling on this train from ERS to LTT on 19-8-2012.The Pantry service is not proper as the spoons and other utensils washing at the same coach wash basin where the passengers washing their hands and spitting.The pantry service people putting the utensils like spoons inside the wash basin for cleaning purpose.IRCTC has to make necessary inspection on it as well as the service supervisor and the bedroll suppliers were also asking money at the end of journey without any fear eventhough IRCTC has instructed in their leaflet.
