I think ECR should consider reshuffling the members who are actively working to design TT of any train.

I dint find any reason alloting approx 180 minutes to PNBE GAYA, for just 92.7 kms.

Phir bhi mota moti sabhi trains ko gaya 1 hr pahle laga ke khada rakhna sirf resource ka wastage hai...
