Suppose a ROB is required to construct for Green field Expressway ( New Expressway) . Both a Brown Field Expressway (Old existing ) national high way and a rail link is going under this ROB then suppose they required to widening the Road need to get first permission from Railway. Then they can dismantle it. If there is any NGT issues then a proper permission is required before any kind of updation. But now all the department will work together under PMO . They dont need to get the permission from each other. Unnecessary time and cost will be reduced. Execution time will be faster. State political issues will be minimized.
