As per this post - /blog/post/5093784 , fb login was to be disabled at a later stage. But, fb login seems to be disabled as of now. Now, how to migrate from fb based login to email based login?

People with Facebook login are able to login to site as of now. But how can they migrate to gmail login with their old IDs itself ?
