Yup I know variable guage and dual guage are different from each other..but I wanted to point out that as per conditions systems or machines can be tweaked..It's not like these kind of stuff doesn't exist like you said it was impossible to have SG-BG combo..however on a small scale but it exists..

In Ukraine they are planning to use the current broad guage tracks as dual guage BG-SG combo..

Kindly quote the line where I mentioned anything like "you said it was impossible to have SG-BG combo". Perhaps you seriously need few English lessons.
I don't need English lessons maybe your visit to an eye specialist is due..these are your words:-
Guess you need some basic physics and 'mechanics lectures.
Dual gauge tracks, that too BG + SG are worst possible combination for high speed railways (200+ kmph). The net track separation will be only 24.1 centimetres, and add the width of two rails as well. The rail separation will be smaller than palm of your hand, which will be a safety disaster'

I guess you completely missed this : BG + SG are worst possible combination for "high speed railways (200+ kmph)".
I can't see any "impossible" word being written here, and the case is specifically for "high speed railways". For goods and industrial sidings, any combination of gauges is possible.
Anyways I'm done with this discussion. You may file a PIL or Grievance to Ashwini Vaishnav and Ministry of Railways for your valuable suggestion. They'll be glad and enlightened.
