How can I track which special local trains are running in SER either from HWH or SRC? Is there any app or website to track the status?

No, NTES shows only the express and SF trains. Not the special local trains that are running either from HWH or SRC. In particular I need the info about /train/15732/1724/166 whether it's running or not.
Please note, only 1 train is starting from Howrah, all other trains are leaving from Tikiapara Carshed, not Tikiapara platform
