Why nfr isn't providing written notice for traction change just like kyq ghy crs happened suddenly without any proper notice even more surprises to come trains like bnc ghy will be alloted eloco now
Don't know the same question continues in my mind too. NFR is doing everything surprisingly specially providing the End to End electric traction of BP & NE on the same day. For terminating trains i guess prior notice doesn't matters but for Traction change they have to make some changes in the Time table that's why probably we might see notices regarding the traction change at KYQ, GHY etc.
because crs and type of loco do not have any bearing on passenger.

Its just a wild guess i think eloco will be alloted to trains which terminates at kyq and ghy just for now for trains like kamrup kanchenjunga and raj it will take time
