Is booking disallowed for all times or is it just a Diwali Rush measure ??

That's what I'm seeking clarification about.
If distance restrictions are there then shouldn't they apply to the other Bhubaneswar Rajdhani Trains as well ?? All belong to the same Zone.
There are ample seats available in current and the distance isn't that small.
But yes could be some sort of distance restriction due a relatively longer route. But it'd be good to know the...

Mo & Fri RNC Rajdhani is via BKSC which is prime reason for distance Restriction in only same day BBS Raj!!

Many Rajdhani Trains running on similar routes back to back in many days on many routes, never saw this kind of distance restriction before.
Anyhow good to realise same.
