Yes i have asked one of my known person, he also told me i will get refund. He was saying rake not available for running Rupasi Bangla exp now.
The rake of Rupasi Bangla spl was given to Aranyak spl. The present rake of Aranyak spl was the rake of Rupasi spl. after rupasi spl stopped running aranyak spl started running. A second rake was made ready for Rupasi but some GS coaches alloted to HWH-PURI Spl running weekly.
I think after HWH-DGHA Spl gets LHBfied, Rupasi Bangla will start in December OR in November once HWH-PURI weekly Spl stops running again Rupasi rake will be formed and will run in November.
