I thought LHB tains can have maximum of 22 coaches and ICF maximum 24 coaches.

during pre-covid 17015/6 vishaka ran with one extra sleeper se1 total 25 coaches
24 Coaches in 02418/17 Prayagraj Express, Only 24 coacher train which runs at 130 kmph
Yes , I checked. They removed two coaches as LJN PF 6 can handle only 22 LHB.
