As the passenger of LJN-MLN section demanding a train in evening from LJN so in my opinion this train rake can be used for new train b/w LJN and MLN. 05489/90 has no RSA and this train reaches at LJ. Around 5:15PM and halts there for whole night so rake can be utilitised till MLN and it will generate a high revenue for sure.. If this train Leaves 6:15 or 6:30 from LJN it will reach at MLN 11PM and then in morning train can depart from MLN at 4:45AM..05489/90 train schedule will be same, No change required
