My ticket was is tatkal waiting but 4 hours before departure I got confirmation from irctc that my ticket is in Rac and coach is rs a1 47 but again I checked in website it is showing waiting list and chart not prepared? I m confuses

This is very strange that departure is 6:45pm and chart isn't prepared yet.
Tatkal waiting ticket RAC me upgrade nahi hoti...ya to confirm ya waiting rah jati hai after chart preparation.....
