I have booked a ticket from prs counter. After chart prepared if my ticket will remain in waitlist then what should i do?

i have booked the tatkal ticket in ac 3 tier. So, how much amount will be deducted.
If the tatkal ticket is confirmed, you will not get any refund.
If tha tatkal ticket is not confirmed, you will get full refund minus clerkage charges of about Rs 20

Rs 60 is the cancellation charge for cancelling a confirmed 3AC ticket(not a tatkal ticket) 24 hrs before departure of train. Here blogger wants to know cancellation charge for a tatkal ticket after preparation of chart.
