What is the chance of a confirmed ticket if ticket is at WL70 for journey on 12th November? Will it get confirmed or RAC or should i wait and book tatkal ticket?

RAC bhi ho sakta hai, RAC ka chances zyada hai but SL hai toh kuchh bol nahi sakte, anything can happen. Most probably, you will be able to travel (either CNF or RAC)
