Thanks to Indian Railway bureaucracy for flagging of much awaited Double Decker train which was announced by Ms Mamta Banerjee long back as 1st Double Decker whereas she had fulfill her commitment by running between Dhanbad & Howrah by showing the regional feeling
I take solace from the fact....that in the end it's the people of this country who end by benefiting and more so.......this country has much bigger problems to look after,though i agree,IR is a handy political tool but those who hold the most bargaining chips are the ones who will get full value for their holdings. :) but yeah,stay positive....things will turn around.
