Actually jagiroad -dharamtul section not doubled. Dharamtul-kampur section doubled.
But in his pics you can see that Jagiroad-dharamtul section doubled
You may refer the satellite view of Atlas. Changes are visible there. However to reflect in the main view, it takes about 1 week, when moderator sir refreshes Atlas.
