SER is the Winner out of all zones in Cancelling passenger train. Why still a staff special required? Why not a regular MEMU train KGP-JGM?
Because there were less passenger trains between KGP - TATA so staff special was running.
Also there are two pairs of stall specials running between Tata and ROU, as there are no trains during day time. But if staff specials can run, why not allow common people also.. staff specials are already blocking the path of Freight trains, why not earn some extra out of it.. It is not like that staff specials will not block the path of freight trains only if common people boards then it will block the path!!
Regarding KGP one, it looks like in future it will be a KGP-DHN train, what is the use of running empty between KGP-JGM-KGP !!
