All of you read point no2 of the circular " On already booked tickets in advance no difference of fare to be collected or any refund due to already booked passengers will be permitted.
This means if a passenger books his ticket in Duronto/Rajdhani HS spl then felxi fare will be implemented but the difference in fare for already booked tickets will not be collected similarly for festival and holiday spls with 30% base fare or 1.3 times base fare refund will not be given to travellers.
