On 16/12/2011 i filed one complaint with indianrailways.gov.in. regarding unclean bedroll in GT express. till now none of the action was taken. How much bad process by IR and making the passengers foolish. What we do against this IR? more than 8months will take to process one complaint. then why they provide such facility to give complaint and feedback

Thats the actual scenario here we have all kinds of laws/rules but implementation and execution in our country is the major concern..
Sad to notice these kind of things happening in legendary train like GT Exp..You may opt for RTI reg this issue..
