The date is likely to change as they plan to have parliament sessions next week which will be confirmed in two days.
It's confirmed from Vskp divisional office(news article in today Eenadu paper) that the Train will be inaugurated on 22nd and one of the member posted all the details with a poster. Parliament session is from 29th Nov.
