Instead of making this stand one whole day at PDY , they can try to make the train leave PDY around 19:30 PM Tuesday night and can make it arrive MS at 23:30 PM and leave around 23:50 PM to arrive NDLS around 09:50 AM on third day Thursday morning
This train doesn't stand at Pondicherry for one whole day. Upon arrival it is moved to Villupuram for maintenance. It is brought back to Pondicherry the next morning about an hour before departure.
The PM is at NDLS , only the secondary maintanence is at PDY/VM and 6 hours for SM is more than enough to bring back the rake to PDY to get to make the train depart back to its home.
It arrives at 1315 leaves to VPM at 1400 arrives at 1500 according to you 6hrs SM then 2100 reaches PDY at 2200 and can leave at 2300. This is a condition that it never gets late even by an hour. So departing at 1930 is impossible. If they LHB rake then too it needs SM at one way distance is 2350km and return trip is 4700km which is more then 4000km. They can advance the dep to Morning 650 to arrive at 2100 in return.
If thats the case , yes morning 06:50 AM is also a good departure timing but it will take Tirukkural or TNSK slot or follow up if this run on same day as any one of them. But definitely PDY-NDLS should be changed in such a way that its easy for passengers
