There never Exists such numbering sir, it was just for spl train purpose. Regular numbers will be 12755/56 similarly in this same slot SC RJT Superfast has 22717/18.
Yes although 12699/12700 wasn't officially mentioned but the number scheme 02699/02700 was a surprise but now seems to have rectified it.
