It reached Kadapa and it is its destination and announced that it will not run further. How can the railway officials at BZA think that HX line will be up by today morning and send the train? Do they have common sense when 90% of travellers are to Tirupati? One more thing the people of AP are seeing the situation in Tirupati full of water floods and no food and how can they think of traveling to Tirumala for darshan. Don't they see the newschannels?
