I saw this train in Rameswaram once when was to board Sethu exp..Also its not having any RSA with 16779/16780.
For RSA information please see this blog /blog/post/497753 on which date you seen
RMM-TPTY exp has FC also 8 SL coach and one 3AC whereas RMM-CAPE SF has one 3AC but no FC.Also the days of run doesnt match at all..Both trains having same day departure and arrival at RMM.Then how come RSA possible???
I accept your Logic on CC, What about the picture proof and calculate the days of run
