Chief Guest The Vice President of India Mr. Venkaiah Naidu Flagged Off this train at 11:45 AM on 22nd November 2021 from Visakhapatnam Railway Station.
Regular train will be commenced WEF 23 Nov 2021 Ex. VSKP & 24th Nov 2021 Ex. KRDL.

They cannot attach the old coach with screw coupling with LHB CBC coupling. As Kirandul Express is running with ICF screw coupling though the coach came in June it was transferred to Mumbai to run in Goa/Pune route as they need 3 coaches for KR monsoon they are not enough coaches to form 2 rakes or 22 coaches.

Being freight route you cant expect one more train till it is doubled which will take another 5 yrs. Another possibility is to run triweekly Vskp Rayagada Koraput line trails with LHB are also conducted but not sure of traffic as it doesn't return by evening.
