Shifting to SHM is really a bad idea as there is no proper connectivity, on the other hand ER is not very comfortable in giving space to SER trains in HWH.
Railways should officially handover PF no 13 to 23 to SER ( KGP jurisdiction) and ER should operate pf no 1 -12 under HWH Divn. ER has already SDAH and KOAA which caters Kolkata but SER has nothing great as such. SRC is quite far and SHM is poorly accessible.
