God didn't create this world only for us the humans.. All living things have as much rights as much we have.. already we have finished the natural habitats of the animals...People even live inside national parks and wildlife sanctuaries..So even if The length of railway line increases three folds we should avoid the forest areas or the areas where animals roam freely...
