From my sources I can definitely say in past 2 run around 300+ people boarded from CPU. RNQ in RNC Rajdhani towards NDLS, SER is not ignorant thats why it kept cpu/rnq in GNWL . I am expecting both days diversion via Chopan. If people feel flaw in it they can do RTI to get the details.
JSJ run has improved a lot since LHB-fied and now its cancelled, also muri has been speeded-up but nothing can beat the charisma of Rajdhani.
