I am more focused on SCR zone
Today I saw Track laying machine at KRNT railway station. I think they are repairing old tracks
Any project execution speed depends on finance or clearnce of running bills. For that they need financial flow calender for that particular project ( financial clousure) which is not there in Govt departments. NHAI has that financial backing along with income generation due to toll and repaying back to financial organisations. So execution is better.
