WDP-4Ds clocking 130 kmph finally in WR (BSR BRC stretch).

Only wdp4 & wdp4b are running at 130 kmph, western railway didn't allow wdp4d to run at 130 kmph

Also, the speed data of locos are also proving it.
But WR hasn't released any circular yet and some are telling that the trial held was a failure.
