I clearly said, half of the AC coaches of 12367 gets filled between Kiul & Pnbe and so on.
Yes it's quite obvious that you need to book in advance in order to travel till ANVT.
And I already told you that there is a flaw in all the rules. And also TTEs alloted to these trains...
