I had travelled via this route recently. While there were signs of electrification work in progress[I could guess the exact distance by reading the signs on the poles :p]; the tracks and stations are in a pitiful condition. Half of the stations don't have loop lines and barely any in between have a single overhead bridge and NONE have a proper platform. And the less talked about mps, the better. The train never crossed ~ fifty kmph.
