BL is not a place to do a LC just because WR won't let it happen. 5 platforms that are 2 mainline and their 2 loops and 1 more for any train that originated from BL. WR would not even authorize the LC. It must happen at Pune but CR has other things to sort so they won't dip their toes into it. It all depends on availability of HR locos. Pune/CR won't go out to look out for HR locos if the train does not belong to their home zone. If it's an SWR train then it will have to wait until the route gets electrified or if NWR gets their own shed.
