i would like to add a few more stations....so that it can serve a whole lot more passengers.But....if one is looking at a trimmed down version with a minimalistic approach then the above table would be what i would prefer.
I think 5 minutes is more than enough time for people to board the train...so would cut down on stop times as well to add more efficiency,if required.

Instead of Shoranur, Palghat can be considered as it saves time needed for loco reversal also.

It's always tough...isn't it?? Imran....I mean one has to leave out some important cities that are decently populated.Cities like,Kollam(3,49,000+),Alappuzha,Thrissur(3,00,000+),Salem(8,00,000+) definitely deserves a stopover.Nellore(5,00,000+) and Warangal(8,00,000+) and other cities up north which don't get the stops are all worthy candidates.It's such a tricky situation...or one can come with a policy that if two separate pair of Rajdhanis pass through a route in one particular direction then the stop overs can be interchanged.That way....all can avail of the service.
