MDP halt inception se hi tha sir.. Suraj Mandal ji ka political influence solid tha us time. JAJ halt hona tha due to technical reasons (crew change) lekin Suraj Mandal ji ne MDP halt approve karwa liya as 1991 se 1996 tak Congress ki goverment thi aur Suraj Mandal us time JMM ke neta the.. at that time MDP bada station tha JSME se.. Suraj Mandal chahte to JSME halt karwa sakte the lekin unhone MDP halt karwa liya JMM us time central government ko support kar rahi thi so RB ne MDP halt approve kar diya tha.
