santoshlepak~ 1270 blog postsi have a weird doubt. Taking 12727/28 as an example here when the train reaches BZA for rake LR since it is equipped with HOG what happens in summer since it may take 15-20min for sure for LR and HOG connecting again?
My second doubt is when Engine is decoupled will the power in SL also goes down or only in AC?

LR means getting new engine at BZA. 1 group works on front and another group at rear end. As far as I know, EOG should satisfy power supply till HOG connects.

i am telling about SL. AC might go off, but it won't be any issue as it is very minimal downtime :).
Yes AC goes off. I experienced this at PRYJ for SC DNR EXP where there is loco reversal
