I'm having Tatkal res in 3AC for 4311 Ala-Hazrat Exp from Delhi to Bhuj . Status is WL8/WL4 (Tatkal). The General waiting list in 3AC is WL 104/WL 78.
what are the chances?? I would like to know that if only the people booked in Tatkal cancels their ticket then my ticket gets confirmed or else what's the procedure for allotting other VIP, Quota berths to general and Tatkal waiting list??
