Ek accident hua uska investigation tak nahi hua hai ki kaisa hua kyu hua koi external factors the ya negligence tha, aur abhi se moral responsibility wale resignation ka rona dhona lag gaya? Department ki smooth running chahiye ya nahi? Aur RM hi kyu moral responsibility le?
