As per this post, is it mentioned anywhere that axle hung nose suspension broke and the TM started rotating on the axle?

PS : Mate at this point, we are all just mere speculating about the reasons. Please wait for the investigations to get over first. I think the engineers at IR are potent enough to come up with the correct analysis of the reasons that may have lead to this horrific incident.
