J Kumar Infra's 1 of 2 TBM assembled in Palanpur for constructing 3.56 km underground Pkg between Surat Railway Station and Chowk Bazar Ramp. TBM was earlier used for Delhimetro for Phase 3. The TBM was refurbished over 6 month period

[Surat Metro Updates] The engineers of Gulermak – Sam India Builtwell JV started lowering parts of tunnel boring machines (TBM) S94 and S78 at Kapodra Shaft to construct a 7.02 km underground section (Chowk Bazar-Kapodra Ramp) of Line 1 of Surat Metro Phase 1.
