Yes, I have witnessed in kota route,When classes gets over and when students start shifting back to their hometown with their luggages then TTE in kota division actually wait for this golden opportunity.Even I had an argument with TTE over weight of luggage and TTE actually weighed that luggage and I remember it was 38 kgs!!!
