For Kota halt Sawai Madhopur removal is not necessary.
That train halts at Loharu, Sikar, Sadulpur and Jhunjhunu and skips Surat, Kota, Palghar/Vapi and Nagda (still important as compared to cities in extended portion).
Stations like Surat, Kota etc. don't need to justify halts by removing it from Sawai Madhopur. It can be at all suggested stations.
